People I REALLY Like to work with!

Getting things done is a major issue for me. I can tolerate a lot from someone if they can get the job done. It is of course MUCH better if someone is professional and pleasant as well as productive. Of course many times there is. trade off. Having someone around who is pleasant but unable to get work done then that is not a good solution. It is almost always better to have no one to work with rather than the wrong person.
